Description

The extended top floor is around 150 square meters and offers a living room of more than 150 square meters itself. Alongside with an access to a west facing balcony, it provides a fireplace, couches, armchairs and a niche with a sofa bed. In order to sleep, it is possible to darken the entire living room by shutting it off. The kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a fridge with a small storeroom) is joined with an open area for dining. From here, you will have access to both well-lit bathrooms and a single room, as well as a bedroom with a French bed. A Master Bedroom is located on the east side of the loft, furnished with an infrared cabin as well as Indian furniture – perfect for a break and a cup of tea. Particularly noticeable is a conference table which previously belonged to the US consulate. It can be extended to four meters in order to celebrate, dine and talk about the more important issues in life. This loft is ideally suited for parents and their possibly adult children who want to spend the best time of year with their loved ones. A set of friends may also want to enjoy the luxurious ambience together. There is room to experience mutuality, but also enough space to separate and experience solitude. A maximum of 7 persons can occupy this accommodation.
