The ideal holiday apartment for relaxation and enjoyment or for an active vacation that can last a little longer.

From the hallway you have access to the bathroom (with shower and bathtub), the guest toilet, and a niche with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom features a romantic four-poster bed (180 cm wide), a wardrobe, and seating.

At the heart of the apartment lies the luxury kitchen: electric stove with large ceramic hob, Klarstein extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, oven and steam cooker. A dining table offers space for four people, with direct access to the balcony. In the colder season, you can light the wood-burning kitchen stove and even cook on it!

From the kitchen you enter the dining room. The table seats five, and a sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option. From here you can also step out onto the balcony. On the other side of the kitchen is the living room with a cozy seating area, from where you can enjoy both the TV and the fireplace.

The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for two guests and a small desk that can also be used for remote work. A wardrobe provides sufficient storage.

On the spacious balcony (over 20 sqm, southwest-facing), you can enjoy panoramic views of the Bavarian Forest: overlooking Rabenstein, the Hennenkobel, and the town of Zwiesel. A dining area makes summer sunsets truly special. Two teak chairs can be reclined into loungers. A large hazelnut bush or a sun umbrella provide shade, as do the sliding shutters, which also create a Mediterranean atmosphere indoors on hot summer days.

At the back of the apartment, a second terrace is available as a retreat for relaxing or chilling out. Please note: parents with small children are responsible for their safety due to the bunk bed and balcony railing.
