Cozy Two-Room Apartment in the Theresienthal Settlement, Town Zwiesel

The perfect place for a stay for two (or three with the pull-out couch) – whether to relax, enjoy activities with the Aktiv-Card, or combine home office with a little getaway. Please note: not suitable for small children, as the balcony railing invites little climbers.

From the hallway you have access to the storage room with dryer, the bathroom with shower and washing machine, the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of cupboards, and a dining table that also accommodates guests. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide), a spacious wardrobe, a small desk, and direct access to the balcony. The living room offers a cozy (extendable) couch for relaxed evenings – chatting, watching TV, gazing at the fire in the wood-burning stove, or simply daydreaming.

A small desk is also available for home office needs. The living room opens onto the balcony as well. On 12 sqm facing southwest, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Bavarian Forest: overlooking Rabenstein, the Hennenkobel, and Zwiesel town. A dining area turns summer sunsets into special moments. The teak chairs can be reclined into loungers. A sunshade and awning provide shade, as do the sliding shutters, which also create a Mediterranean atmosphere inside on hot summer days.
